By purchasing a costume, ticket, or add on from Tears Mas, you agree to the following:

All Sales

All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations are permitted except where required by law.

Costumes

Measurements must be accurate. Tears Mas is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect information. As costumes are handcrafted, final designs may vary slightly. Costumes must be collected during the official distribution period unless agreed in writing. Valid photo ID and the payment card used for purchase may be required. Responsibility for all items passes to the customer upon collection.

Payments & Services

All balances must be paid in full before distribution. No cash will be accepted on site. Food, drink and bar services operate during published hours but may be adjusted for operational or safety reasons. VIP and premium services are limited to designated areas.

Event Changes

Tears Mas reserves the right to amend event details, including schedule, route, services and programming, where required by operational, safety or external factors.

Behaviour & Safety

All participants must follow safety instructions and behave respectfully. Unsafe or disruptive behaviour may result in removal without refund. Alcohol must be consumed responsibly. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

Participation & Liability

Carnival is a physical outdoor event. You participate at your own risk. Tears Mas is not liable for injury, loss, theft or damage to personal property, except where required by law.

Weather & Force Majeure

The event will proceed rain or shine unless conditions are deemed unsafe. Tears Mas is not liable for changes or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control.

Media

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Tears Mas may use this content for promotional purposes.
